These Terms form a binding agreement between you (user, institution) and SchoolXP.ai. Use implies acceptance; minors require guardian consent. We may update terms—continued use constitutes agreement.
Services and License
We provide non-exclusive, revocable access to demo forms, trials, and platform previews (Community Edition free; Enterprise user/month). License limited to internal evaluation; no resale, reverse-engineering, or scraping.
User Obligations
Provide accurate info; comply with laws (FERPA/GDPR). Prohibited: harmful code, unauthorized access, false data. Institutions warrant authority for student data use.
Intellectual Property
SchoolXP.ai owns all content, logos, code. You retain input rights but grant us a license for service delivery. No transfer of our IP.
Fees and Payment
Trials free; paid plans billed per order. Non-refundable; late fees apply. Taxes excluded.
Disclaimer and Governance
Services are provided "as is" without warranties for availability; our liability is capped at fees paid, excluding indirect damages. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, requiring cessation of use with data export available for 30 days post-termination.
